We regret to announce the death of Mrs. Sally Page Atkinson, widow of the late Dr. J. M. Atkinson. She had been sick for a long time and died early yesterday morning at the home cf her daughter, Mrs. C. II. Scott, in this place, depart. That the outlook is bright for the full victory of the "Plan."
